WebSounds similar to an issue we had. Our Elmo document cameras (which present themselves to the OS as a webcam) were causing Zoom to crash. Basically if you would start Zoom with the Elmo camera powered off, Zoom would crash. The issue was that when the Elmo was powered off it was still present in Windows Device Manager as a camera. WebSep 14, 2024 · Had this issue a few times with Latitude 5520 and 5420 and it has been a faulty docking station (or docking cable) each time. If the cable is detatchable try swapping with a known good one. Note: WD15 and similar docks do have detatchable cables if you have a screwdriver. Note 2: I hate WD15 docks.
