A cash grab, if you will, but for Far Cry 5, it felt like a fuster cluck of random ideas and old Far Cry concepts jumbled together into one idea. Far Cry 3, 4, and 5 are the best ones IMO with 5 being the clear winner. New Dawn is very meh. They tried to go with too many RPG elements and it just didn't flow well. Keep in mind though, that Far Cry 3 is over a decade old now and 4 is heavily based on 3 so some parts of the game are a little outdated.
