If you had the blue artifact prior to the latest update, you could drop it and picked it back up to get the blueprint. WebYou shouldn't need to scan it. You should get the blueprint from just picking it up. Double check your blueprints. Worse case scenario, use the command "unlock precursorkey_blue".
