WebHere's a great set to get you started. In-game, change MCCC settings to pull Sims from your tray 100% of the time when generating new homeless sims. Click on computer > MCCC Settings > MC Population > Import Tray Settings > Import Tray Percent. Set the value to 100. Also set "Include Clothing" to enabled. And that's it!
